Meditate in VR - How To Access Flow

You can access Flow - Meditation for modern life on a growing variety of virtual reality platforms.


Whether it's the Oculus Go, Oculus Quest, or Oculus Rift, you can access Flow on the Oculus store. Flow is also available on Steam. Soon we will also be available via the Quest store.


Flow will also be coming in the future to a wider variety of headsets like Playstation VR, HTC Vive, Huawei, and Pico, an enterprise focused virtuality headset. Stay tuned!


Here are some instructions on how to download Flow depending on which device you own.


For Oculus Go - Go to the Oculus store, and download Flow here: https://www.oculus.com/experiences/go/1399933736741689/


For Samsung GearVR go to the Oculus store and download Flow here:


For Oculus Quest, go to SideQuest and download Flow here:

Flow on the Steam, go to the Steam side and download Flow here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1453870/Flow/


For Oculus Rift, go to Steam and download Flow!

Special Instructions for Oculus Quest:
You will need to do a few steps to access our app on SideQuest.
You need to create an organization for your Oculus account (easier than it sounds), set your headset to developer mode, download SideQuest to your PC and then find Flow and install it to the headset. Note: The Flow app is 4 separate downloads and you need to wait for all of them to finish installing before opening the app.
